Workstations running the application must have one of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows 7, integrating all updates published by Microsoft (windowsupdate.microsoft.com)
- Microsoft Windows 8, integrating all updates published by Microsoft (windowsupdate.microsoft.com)
- Microsoft Windows 10, integrating all updates published by Microsoft (windowsupdate.microsoft.com)
- Apple OS X version v10.6 (Snow Leopard) or higher, integrating all updates published by Apple
- Linux: Ubuntu distribution starting from Ubuntu version 16, integrating all updates issued by the publisher
Workstations running the application must have one of the following browsers: :
- Google Chrome 47 or higher
User certificates must be accessible:
- In the Windows Personal Certificate Store, for users running Windows operating systems (using Internet Explorer or Firefox)
- As a password-protected P12 file in all other cases
The signature and decryption functions require the execution of a Java component (Java Web Start).

Please note: configuration tests may be distorted or non-operational if several versions of Java are installed on the workstation and one of these versions is less recent than 1.8.
In case of difficulty in using the public procurement space, it may be necessary to clear the caches of your browser and/or Java.
RAR files should only be decompressed using WinRar or 7Zip (using Winzip causes an anomaly).
- Before beginning to work on the site, test the configuration of your workstation using the menu "Preparing your submission\Test my workstation's configuration" and refer to the technical prerequisites if this is unsuccessful.
- Do not hesitate to have your supplier check the installation of your electronic signature certificate.
- To make it easier to sign and submit your files, copy them to a local hard drive and avoid selecting them from network drives, USB sticks or virtual drives.
- Avoid special characters (eg: °, & , #) in the name of the files to be dropped.
- To compress a file or folder, please use the default compression utility (for Windows right-click on the file or folder name (Send to\Compressed (zipped) folder)
